This locations pizza will compete with any place. These guys are definetly one of the best in Brampton. There thin crust well... done is amazing but there walk in special is great too. Big fan.. these guys and pizzaiola are top pizzas intown. #BelieveThat Read more
The older gentleman (not the chef) at the counter was rude and condescending. It was our first time at Pizza Nova and he was not... very happy telling us about the pizza options. Also when we returned to get our pizza and was waiting in the front area (but onthe side) another customer walked in and asked if we are in line and we said we were not and then this older gentleman said thatwe will pay for the new customer. We took it as a joke for sure but he didn't have to intervene in a conversation that happenedbetween us and the new customer. When we got the pizza and was about to leave the older gentleman told us not to stand in thefront waiting for the order but next time you should sit. It was never like we were standing in the front blocking anyone's wayor anything. The older person could have politely asked us to take a seat but rather this guy wanted to pass unnecessarycomments etc and make our first experience in pizza nova very uncomfortable. Read more
What a place? I ordered to pick up rice balls, and on my way home, we tried, and they were frozen! Not even cooked properly. We... went back, and the guy on the counter was questioning, and I was there explaining why I was returning; he took the box andplaced it on top of The oven. I wonder what is that being used for? and I hated that I had to explain him. I mean why thequestions being asked? Why should you even ask, when customer is complaining? I have never seen that, despite me owning my ownrestaurant. Moreover, He did even say sorry ! No customer service.. I was charged for this? Worst service and food. Waste oftime! P.s. Rice balls was completely changed (size and taste)than the last time we had it..they charged 8$ for 3 small pieces.So expensive! Read more
Nothing special to be honest. Ordered thick crust pizza this time around and it was not cooked properly and the dough was not... fresh. Poor hygiene from the staff at the back who are just wiping their hands on their body while making the food. Read more
I am giving them 1 rating. Reason behind this is very simple. I have order a single topping medium whole wheat well done pizza.... I think I must be the last customer of the day. When I reached home I found that pizza was totally burnt and store was alreadyclosed by that time. I am not kinda a person who will go to the store and argue there instead would like to tell people whatcustomer service and satisfaction is for these people which is completely terrible.
