Friendly staff. Quick service. Bought the pepperoni special. Good start...though after my first slice i started to taste an... indian spice which i normally wouldn't mind but it didn't work with my Pizza. Glad there's a variety for people..maybe justwatch how the spices get moved. Read more
Horrible service, 2 guys were hiding in the back while I was trying to get their attention? I could fully see them and although... I kept saying hello and excuse me they refused to acknowledge me, I picked up the counter sign to even get their attention andstill?then a female comes out the washroom apologizing but the other two dudes are rude and so not professional? not a goodluck for pizza pizza plus they walk out into the main sitting area hugging each other smh!! Very very bad service! Ordered pizza and they sent a wrong one. Called and they offered credit for 3 dollars. I refused and... asked them to replace it with correct order or refund my money and they can have their pizza back and we didn?t eat it. Theyrefused! however, they agreed to send the correct pizza and said would be delivered within 20-30 minutes. Waited for over 40minutes, called them again and they said they are very busy and it will take another 20-30 minutes. Checked online and it isshowing ?less busy than usual? on their website. Very disappointed with their handling of the situation and service. Will neverdo business with them again. Read more
They made a pizza with least toppings and least effort on it. Raw pizza and raw customer service. I boght like $30 pizza and i... asked for a carry pizza plate. And this guy saying its not pizza pizza policy to give it like that. Is it not. Disgustingcustomer service and pizza is made so bad. Looser is working there with no educations of customer service. Order a wing it box, only had 6 wings not 8 and 7 chicken bites instead of 8. Will not go back to same location

It clearly seems that the owner isn?t taking any action and rather supporting the employees. The employees have zero customer... service skills with a nasty attitude. First they?ll not even come at cash to take the order, secondly they?ll take your orderwith so much attitude. I mean what is this? It?s just a pizza store nobody comes here to see your disgusting attitude. As ofowner I believe he?ll only reply with his email to provide with more details but will hardly take any action bc if he did peoplewon?t complaint on same issue. Shame on you guys! Read more
Always order half moon and every time I receive it (not fresh) , have to tell employees to please make it fresh and this time I... forgot to tell that I received this. Looks like they have made it hour ago even though I ordered on the spot. Please give freshfood do your customers , we don?t get this for free, we pay for this food. Read more
