We ordered the large pizza and asked if we could get different toppings on half the pizza. We got the 3 toppings pizza which was... 14.99 and she charged us for extra large pizza which was 17.99. All pizza stores do half and half without extra charge and thattoo one half was veg. The girl didn?t mention at all she was charging us extra and started arguing later. She said she doesn?tknow who is the manager and has never seen a manager. She kept laughing and saying extra toppings extra charge and we keptsaying neither did we get extra toppings nor did she tell us it was extra before charging us. Worse pizza I ever had . I told them to well done my pizza but they literally burnt my pizza. Pizza was so hard and burnt that... we have to garbage it. I usually order from them but this time it was garbage. And top most thing is this their customerservice. I called them to inform them about pizza and girl was so rude. She even doo know how to talk with a customer. I was aregular customer but I am not going to order from them anymore. This place is okayish. I ordered nuggets, fries and veggie sandwich. The quality and taste wasn?t worth it. Nuggets were still... better. I should have gone to dhaba express instead lol. Read more
We ordered pizza last night.. the pizza was not cooked properly.. the toppings were just sitting on the top.. looks like they... through a whole bunch of coriander on top.. we called last night they said call in the morning.. and in the morning the personwho picked the call was so rude and unprofessional. Although small, and doesn't have a washroom, this pizza shop has a cheaper deal for extra large pizza with a single topping. And... also comes with a dipping sauce. This is the best kind of deal my friend was telling me about. They also give paper plates forfree along with. Also their poutine is amazing. It's also a great idea to do a phone call for ordering, so you may not have towait once you arrive to pick it up. Read more
Definitely deserve 5 stars for pizza? But customer service 0 I called in store to place my order the person who so ever took my... order was so rude no greeting?s nothing at all. I was still talking to him and he hang up.. which is really very disrespectfulas customer prospective. Really need to work on it. Read more

This place used to be good a few years ago... Now the new owner really ran this business down. Ruined the name of pizza point. I... would always order garlic bread with cheese and chicken on top. One day I was $2 short and the women said no we can't make itfor you. Somebody who is regular customer thats the way they treat you never ordered again.
