I ordered an XL vegetarian pizza to deliver. Nothing complicated on the order, i asked for the same order as i ordered the last... time, except i asked her to add pineapple on half of the pizza. She did not add any pineapple, rather put jalapeños on half(which was already added to my previous order) i called the Store. The girl that took my order was SOO RUDE, so arrogant. Sheraised her voice right after i told her what happened to my order. She was literally yelling at me that this is what i ordered.Worst way of speaking to a customer. Tried this location first time. I ordered Tandoori paneer pizza, mentioned ?well done? but it was not well done. Another thing,... few toppings were missing on pizza which were paid separately like pineapple and onions were complete raw looked like pizza wasnot baked properly. One drink was also missing from the order. At the end, bad experience for the first time from popularpizza. Disappointed! Read more
OMG, DISGUSTING. One star because zero is not an option. Ordered delivery... dough was completely raw, onions still had peel on... it. Seriously? Then to top it all off when I called to complain the girl named Preet from so called head office has absolutelyNO customer service skills. When I called to report my concerns that the pizza was raw, she told me it was due to the change inweather, or because I didn't ask for well done. I responded that her customer service was of no help and she happily repliedthat she is not trying to pleasent.
