If mediocrity was a store, this would be it. The fountain drink was nice and concentrated. Their fries were tasty as well. The... chicken was not spicy and I heard someone else also complain about it while I was there. Out of my 10 piece meal we found 3pieces to be fresh and juicy, 2 were very dry and the biscuits were basically reconstituted cat litter. My experience was verymixed and I will not be returning to this location. Usually they are okay, giving 4 stars due to mishap with my last order where my app based order was missed by the store staff... and was asked to wait when I reached 20 mins after I placed my order. Also, after waiting 10 more mins to get my order I wastold there was another 10 mins wait for biscuits though I was offered additional fries instead of waiting which I opted for.Generally the food is good and staff is nice. Great location with very nice owner and staff. Food has always been consistent, unlike other fast food chains where sometimes... its good and some times it's not. Price's are on the higher end compared to competitors, but they have good daily deals, andthe food is much better than others like Popeye's and Mary Brown's (even if they are slightly cheaper). Very bad experience, placed order over phone & once reached there for pick up the locations was closed. We saw 2 girls was... locking the front entrance with garbage bag in hand & left the place. This is fourth time I visited this store. Food is good but overall service it's not satisfactory. Every time I went there... washroom closed.so I have to go next door for cleaning my hands.its not really good eat one place and clean your hands nextdoor. Every time I have gone to this place it has gotten worse and worse. First time it was actually quite decent, I wasn?t amazed but... it was good. Second time it was significantly worse, the food didn?t taste great and they got my order wrong. The third and thelast time I tried this place I was very disappointed. They gave me my food within 2 minutes of ordering and on first bite thesandwich was literally cold, so I went back and told them that exactly. To which the lady working the front grabbed the bag andwent in the back for a couple of mins and came back with the same bag. I thought they might have just switched the sandwich withanother one but no, all she did was reheat it in the microwave for 30 secs. ?The Staff at this Location served me the Worst ever Buffalo Chicken Burger/Sandwich? I am a foodie, who loves to submit honest... reviews, based on my personal experience. Although, I don?t live nearby but I always wanted to try ?Quik Chik? as they serveHalal, and also have multiple locations, giving the impression that they definitely serve quality food. But my first ever visit(last week) at this particular location was ruined by the serving staff. I was really hungry and therefore ordered their special?Buffalo Chicken Sandwich?; paid the full price (10$+, +Tax) The one and only positive was the bigger bun and the dripping spicybuffalo sauce????; in contrast, the inside filling was a small piece of raw/not properly done, chicken breast, pushed to oneside of the bun, some shredded cabbage with some melted cheddar cheese/sauce?? most of which was on the wrapper???? I could haveignored these things, if the staff was really busy, but there was no rush at all.
