Worse experience I had with a Starbucks and will not return to this location. Waited over 10 minutes for a grilled cheese... sandwich while everyone who ordered after me got their orders and left. They waited until the store was empty to ask me what Iwas waiting for and to make matters worse I was the only coloured person in the store. I watched as they did countlesssandwiches without mine in sight. I will not returned to this location again as they clearly show preference to skin colourwhile dining in. Read more

This Starbucks location is great. They were a little slower than usual but apart from that the staff were friendly. The Iced... Coffee I got tasted fine. The atmosphere was good. This is a solid location. Read more

What a waste of my time? had to wait almost 30 minutes for a mobile order?. At the estimated time, they weren?t even CLOSE to... starting it! Super disappointed at this. I paid 8$ for a drink so that I could get it on my break but ended up being late. Read more

My medium americano was very dilute with a paper taste and it looked transparent just like a black tea. I tried to tell them two... times but they were very busy and ignored me. I left my coffee there. Very disappointed in their service. Read more

The best Starbucks in Brampton, I absolutely love coming here! The staff are all so friendly and my drink is always made right.... It doesn?t matter what day or time I come the staff always make me feel special. I drive past the one on Queen street (near myhouse) to come to The Steels location because they truly are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!! If you want service with a smile come here. Read more
