Good location, not too busy! The service was fast. They also have a drive thru which is busy most of the time.

This location is mostly busy whether you go inside or drive thru. The service is fairly average in terms of speed but it is... Starbucks so it takes time to make those drinks. However the staff at this location is always super friendly. Overall, adecent location. Read more

I ordered a small caramel ribbon crunch in a medium cup with light whip. They decided to give me a medium cup with the drink... filled to the rim (before the lid) including the whip which was not light. I asked them to remake the drink and just put it in asmall cup as I was not paying for half a drink and then she decided to put whip at the bottom and top to give me less then whatthey were giving before. When I called them out on it they refused to make another. I told them they are welcome to keep bothand give me back my money I am not going to sit there and have them make it again. I have been coming to this location for yearsand have never had an issue with my drink being made the way I like it before, but this one time with this one girl who wasincredibly rude on top of having made the drink wrong could very well cause this location to lose me as a customer. Excellent customer service. I got the wrong order in the drivethrough and didn't realize until 20 minutes later. When I called... back, I spoke to the manager, Grace, and she immediately apologized and offered me a new drink, whenever I could come back. I ordered on the Starbucks app a caramel brulee creme frapp and I got a regular frapp with coffee that I cannot drink. It was... not the right topping either !! Does the barista not know that creme means NO COFFEE !! Read more
