I was here on Wednesday September 14th I had placed a order online for a Cold Brew Coffee and by mistakenly I chose a smaller... size than I wanted when I arrived I was greeted by George and a young Asian girl who's name I did not get none the less theygave me exactly what I wanted. I stayed at the location to do some work and then the young lady came to me and offered me asample of there Thanks Giving brew and a Cheesecake it was wonderful. Their site shows closing time is 10pm, We arrive at the location on Main and Queen at 8:59pm and they tell is that they are... already closed, its only drive threw. Not a good customer experience and not to mention waste of time and gas. Either change thetime slots on your site to show closing time is 9pm or leave the Cafe open until 10pm as your website states. Usually accurate but incredibly slow. I've worked as a barista and it astounds me how long it'll take just to get 2 very simple... drinks. They usually have plenty of staff working to keep a fair pace but no one seems to work beyond what - at times - canonly be described as a glaciel pace.
