We had chicken teriyaki which was good. But meatballs was horrible. Dried inside and salty and was tasting like old.
Worst customer service .. i called to your store to complaint about the veggie patty was misisng. Firstly they didn?t answer the... call .. i called 4 to 5 times , then finally they picked the call , i told that patty was missing . The girl told me that wenever pay for that , but i clearly told to that girl who was making sandwich that we do need veggie patty , she forget to add it, that is not my fault. The girl was telling that is our mistake because when we were in the store why we were not standing infron of that girl who is making . Are you serious about this statement ?? And she just hungs up the call. If owner is checkingthese comments i want to let you know i called at 10:30 pm today ( 22/10/22) , plz check who?s shift was going on. Ridiculous customer service. We ordered 5 subways , and clearly told to that girl we want veggies patty?s inside it. They forget... to add it. We came home and when we open the order the veggie patties were missing. I called to store and explain the situation. Rather than apologizing ,the girl was keep arguing. I told her i want to speak to Managar or the owner. She refuse to da thatand when i told her that i will put the complaint and she hung up. The staff here is 100% the worst! As I?m waiting to make my order I see that one of the works gave someone a free sub I was... minding my business but then when it was my turn to order all I asked for was cookies. I seen they didn?t have any at the timeso I ask how long it would take to make and I was willing to pay extra for making them do extra work but then she tell me nothis is all we have and we?re not making anymore just for you. I asked her ?even if I pay you guys extra? she walks to the backand another one of the workers tell me they don?t know how to make it which doesn?t make sense because if you guys run out forsomething you have no choice but to make it. Food is average, not a clean place for dine in . Tables and floor are so dirty .All paper bags and napkins on the floor.Tables... are full of crumbs and salad.staff is busy in their chat and nobody clean the table. I have to clean my table before eat . Goodfor takeaway only Read more
