Tried the Green Goddess veggie sub. The avocado was definitely gone bad! I had to end up only eating half of it! I took my sub... home so I couldn't return it! So annoyed with this subway. I came in today and got a sub. I asked for spinach, the lady literally took up 2 pieces and put in... in my sandwhich. I asked for green pepper and got about 4 pieces. Had placed a pick up order on app. It wasn?t ready at the time of pick up as the store manager didn?t allow to add olvies in... Veggie Bowl. After I reached store, They rushed and made 2 bowl in 5 min. Quality of it was pathetic. Didn?t follow instructionsproperly. Had asked for less lettuce and both bowls were full of lettuce. Had the most disgusting sub from here today. First, it was a struggle to get more than 3 pieces of any topping on my sub. I'm a... paying customer, so stop trying to cheap out. The bread was rock hard. The service was terrible. I couldn't even hear whentrying to place my order because the three women working were helping me and two people in front of me at the same time. Workingover top of each other and yelling over each other. They dropped some of the other people's toppings on my sub... tried pickingit off but clearly missed some when I got a mouthful of onions (which I didnt order). Went during busy lunch time. Staff was courteous and patient. Order did not take much time. Tried the new crispy chicken patty,... it was slightly chewy on a couple of bites. Other than that it was fine. We did a take out, but the store was clean and stockedup. Read more

Why does their chicken look like bleached rubber mats? I would never eat that. The heartlake location has friendly staff though... and is newly renovated and clean. Their deli meats are good and veggies are fresh. Just avoid the weird white chicken lookingstuff. Read more
Poor customer service.. please don?t ask everyone if you?re an Uber driver, the Uber driver is gonna come up and identify... himself. Plz be generous while making a meal for customer, I paid $17 for chicken teriyaki bowl with double meat, what I got wasa kids meal, didn?t even have 450 calories.
