Would not recommend this location. I wanted the soup of the day which wasn?t available. I got a sidekick sandwich and was told... that I could only get two toppings and sauce. I?ve gotten these sandwiches at different locations outside of Brampton, it?s muchbetter. This was a waste of money. My university makes them much better and at least it?s a filling snack. When I paid for thefood, the cashier forgot to hand the food over and was laughing. Poor customer service, should?ve gotten a snack from the gasstation instead. Read more

We just visited this subway around 10 o'clock there was a lady working. Whoever is manager you really need to make your staff... learn how to deal with the customers. We kept standing there for so long but she kept doing her stocking but didn't bother toserve and kept ignoring. This is not customer's problem if you guys are short staff you can just close your store if youremployees don't want to work instead of spoiling others day. She was soo rude and ignorant. I have visited this subway location many times. I have always received very good service. No matter how long the line up is,... the staff behind the counter are very efficient and the wait is never long. I would like to call out Sadmia (I hope I amspelling her name correctly) for the friendly and efficient service that I have received at this location. Thanks! Read more

Pretty bad service at night the staff literally just told that they didn?t get the mobile order for pick-up and asked me to... leave, no solution no assurance of refund just went back Into the kitchen leaving counter vacated like it was for 10 minutes Inthe beginning. I fail to understand why this lady believes she?s the only one that works in Canada. She literally has one jobthat is to serve the customers and she can?t even do that why keep working then. This subway has improved significantly over the years. We used to eat here until the quality starting going downhill back in... 2017. When the quality started to drop, we began going to the Van Kirk Location. After many years, we decided to try out thislocation again for a redemption round. The experience was outstanding with amazing customer service. Wanted to mention Saima Swho was our sandwich artist with speed and attention to detail. She was outstanding and definitely needs to receive somerecognition for her great work. Great quality and outstanding customer service. Will be returning. Read more
