Would not like to give even 1 star. Disgusting customer service and that 1 staff girl was extremely rude, I understand you are... exhausted from work then just sit home don?t work don?t spoil other people?s day. I guess subway need to focus more when hiringpeople. I didn?t get served well. DISGUSTING SERVICE with EXTREMELY WRONG ATTITUDE.???????????????? Hell place, not even 1 star. Punjabi girl have no sense to talk. We order veggie and she gives us non-vegetarian. Placed order from Subway mobile app - for 2 footlongs and requested to cut in halves and pack all 4 subs separately as they were... for family members heading out to different places. When I picked up the order, they weren't packed separately. I inquired why,the exact words of the employee there, Simran, were "We don't do that" !!! She said that and went on to address other customerstanding next to me !! it was rude and unprofessional. To top it, they missed a sauce in one of the footlongs, so they are notperfect in the work either. Not sure why they carry such a bad attitude towards customers. I never had a problem at any othersubway outlet before. Have always picked up subs separately packed whenever I request the same. Seems the outlet isunderstaffed so they slyly avoid what can be avoided....?? or they simply don't care about the service they provide. Either way,not going back there again. If I have a option I will give 0 star, sorry to the owner didn?t mean to give this bad review to the subway but the staff is... horrible especially the supervisor? I ordered 2 6 inch veggie patties and later I realized it could be footlong so I asked theother lady to charge for footlong instead of two separate.. the supervisor just jumped in and said we cant do that and I saidwhy.. she is like why are you behaving rude I was like Just tell me the difference and she is like I am the supervisor here andI said then I dnt want it and she goes and turned her back at me.. Came here for lunch with my little brother after doing some shopping. Ordered a foot long vegetarian sub with a large Coke. The... sub was average, but the drink was something else. The drink was a Coke with ice and as I was drinking it had a sour aftertaste. I didn't really think anything about it until my brother was drinking it and he had to spit it out because it was reallysour. I then opened the lid to find blobs of a dark, slimy like substance that I thought to be some type of fungus. This got mepretty upset and I went back to the employees and the first employee didn't know what to do and gave me this odd type of looklike she expected me to do something about this problem. The first employee didn't do anything so I called for the manager andshe said she would give me a refund but almost felt like she didn't want to and I felt that she was being rude to me. She didn'treally apologize for it she kind of just pushed it to the side and just gave me my money and wanted me go leave. That type oftreatment is unacceptable and got me frustrated. This is a safety and health hazard and it seems like the employees didn't care.I don't know what the black slime is or how it got there but someone needs to pay more attention. Either to cleaning themachines properly, maybe checking the ice, but whatever it is it's unsafe and unacceptable. Those employees also need more andhigher quality training on what to do on those type of situations. That was completely unacceptable and I will never be eatingat that Subway again. Read more
