I ordered two subs on the app. One was Italian classic. What was given was Italian herbs and cheese. I cannot eat cheese, and... when I went back to the restaurant 45 minutes later, as I had to drive 15 minutes home and then 15 minutes back when I foundthat it was wrong, she offered only to change the bread. By that time, the contents were soggy and not enjoyable, but she wasinsistent that she did not make the sub wrong, even though the order clearly states classic Italian. She would not budge andkept saying it wasn't her fault, and I understand that she felt that way, but ultimately she was not helpful at all andproceeded to help other customers before mine. I have ordered from this subway many times before, and this woman is the samewoman that put hot sauce on a sub but I did not order it, and tried to blame me. I will not be ordering again from this subway,and I urge the owner to retrain their employees to provide better customer service. Read more

This subway I visited one day , was good as they maintained the quality. Food taste was great it?s a very convenient location... for those who lives close by , also there is a Tim Hortons all in under one roof. Read more
Staff was he feeling meat containers with bare and when I came, they put on gloves but they were still touching multiple... places, to make this worse their clothes were touching to the sandwich on the sandwich counter when they were trying to reachout to the sauce bottles and they had a really bad attitude, especially the lady working in the evening.
