Unprofessional too much hot sauce and sub became watery
WORST LOCATION!!! DO NOT COME HERE. I had ordered a footlong sub and the worker who made my sub put in 3 slices of cucumber and... the vegetables didn't even look fresh. When I asked her is this fresh she lied to me. She gave me the WORST customer service, 0STARS to the staff and food prepared. Read more

Great job guys. Kudos to the owner who is training his employees very well. I visited this location on 25th june. Girls were... very professional, they were greeting customers with smile on their face. I moved to Brampton from Ottawa and i was alwaysmissing the kind of customer i used to get in the capital.It doesn?t matter how hard your day is going but when you greetsomeone with smile you are making that customer feel welcome. One of the worst customer service I had experience just now the employee treat to customer like customer is taking food without... paying money. in the wrap this is the 1st store I had come across in my life, I had experienced that they just allows 2toppings. I was paying them with double patty price. I recommend you not to go here never. Totally unacceptable. I order seconditem salad the quantity they give me in half quantity. Today I have very bad experience with subway in Bramelea and sandlewood parkway, I always buy sandwiches from there, I ordered 3... foot long subway club sandwiches through online today, they were asked me to wait for few more minutes when I came in to pickup, after I come home and ready to have it I noticed there is no cheese as I ordered and it is not toasted as well, I calledthem back to inform that but the staff were so rude and keep on saying that they put cheese, I even told them that I can sendthe pic, they told we don?t care, do whatever you can. They are showing really bad attitude and speaking like they are given forfree. I been to many other branches of subway but never seen such rude and arrogant staff doing bad customer service like this.Shame on you, we value our money? Read more
The sandwiches are always fresh and made properly. The staff is also welcoming and supportive.
