This place is a scam, I ordered 2 x 1 on uber eats. I understand the portions are small to be able to generate money, but they... sent me only one and it's small. In addition, I specifically did not ask for gravy in the rice because it was spicy, if I couldgive it less stars I would. I hate giving poor reviews but? The customer service by the one lady that was there was great! She was so sweet but working... alone. The floor was filthy. The food was horrible. This is the second time in a row that I?ve been here and the food was notgood. The porridge was lumpy and I had to blend it out. The dumplings were day old and hard to chew. Store is under new management........i usually liked this location but now the new owners seem to be making it their mission to... live up to every caribbean restaurant stereotype. Absolutely Terrible Customer Service. WORST SUNRISE IN BRAMPTON. The woman that I was telling my order to was lazy and said ?I?m... not tryna do all dat this morning? when I wanted to change my order after she dished it out in a food tray. Why is she at workif she doesn?t want to work. It was a simple fix, All I wanted was to change the provisions for festival because I thought theyboth came with the breakfast combo, When I asked her questions before hand, she did not articulate her words when I asked her torepeat herself. I was confused when making the order and she did not offer solutions to a customer just trying to enjoy thefood. Also We all know what it feels like when your not feeling good at work but don?t act rude or uninterested towardscostumers. I write this review with hopes that this business is able recognize they need to improve their management/professionalism. I... was surprised that a franchise would deliver such poor customer service and employee training. My family and I spent almost halfan hour waiting for food even though the food was already prepared and there was no other customers in the restaurant . Whileordering the person in charge made an unnecessary comment/reaction on the name I used to refer to one of their menu itemsbecause it was not Jamaican culture meanwhile she understood what I meant. ?Bake or fried dumplin??. The person in chargenotified us that their staff is new. Despite their staff being new, after ringing through our order the new employee failed towash their hands after handling the till. The new employee was left unattended several times while it was obvious they requiredguidance. When we received our food it was cold. And our drinks were warm. They have a fridge fully stocked with drinks howeverit is not working to cool, it?s just for display. With no accommodation of ice. Consider you hard earned money before visitingthis place. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! Ordered two value meals. I guess the lady was training a new guy and left him there 3 times during the... process of getting my order ready. Definitely didn?t set him up for success. He kept getting my order wrong. I was in the storefor 30 minutes with no line up. Just terrible service. We were even planning to eat inside. But chose to eat in our cars becausethe place isn?t clean. Ordered some drinks . They were warm and the lady the said the fridge isn?t working. Just a terriblelocation to eat at. DO NOT GO TO SUNRISE! This was my worst experience and I didnt even order the food. My cousin and Sister wanted to eat here for... lunch and it took 30-40 mins to get food and there were no customers in the store. The first order was very simple for afestival a fried dumpling and a piece of jerk chicken the second order was two value meals one jerk chicken and one barbequechicken with oxtail gravy, we received both orders incorrect. during the process of preparing the order the training employeealmost dropped the food. After we pointed out that the orders were incorrect the food was put back into the case, to be servedagain. A woman with ombre braids too my order. I asked how many pieces of fried chicken were in the standard value order(3). Her... responses were slow and she was not fully present and I felt as if she was almost annoyed that I was the next person in line butshe answered the questions. The man before me seemed to be having problems with his order and throughout my duration in linewhich was approximately 3 mins, I could tell there was a dismissive tone from the cashier and she was kind of toying with himwith his order in a sluggish way. When I approached the counter she was smirking in this strange way observing me up and downand plainly it was uncomfortable and I could sense the judgment in my relaxed clothing.
