My family and I have eaten Indian food at many Indian Restaurants in Toronto and GTA. Sweet Palace provides excellent authentic... tasting food at a very reasonable price. The food is very high quality and the staff is extremely friendly. Seating is limitedand is for small groups/family. They offer excellent sweets as well. Highly recommend this place. Read more

Sweet Palace is in the heart of Brampton Springdale karol bagh plaza. There is always a line up of customers. We went to have... lunch and ordered chane Bathurst and makki roti saag. The quantity of chane and saag was too less compared to roti amd bhathure.When we showed our concern they said buy another separate bowl. No customer service at all. Rude behavior. Just one paper towelon the table of two. Water was served in plastic glasses. Read more

This Indian restaurant use to be really good. I have been going there for years. However the last five times I have ordered Goat... curry the portions of goat are less then half and very little meat. I understand sometimes it can happen but it has been aconsistent experience. Unfortunately I will not be going here anymore. I don't mind paying more but to serve customers lessthen half of what you use to offer is not right. With so many Indian restaurants in Brampton you would want to keep constancy onyour food. Food is tasty 7/10 But the ordering setup is defenitly chaotic. Needs to have some kind of organized method to address this. ... If you go during the peak hours it may remind you of a busy fish market. I ordered about 4 items at 8.50pm, checked to see thestatus of my order at 9.20 only to find out that the guy who took my order was new and did not convey the full order to thekitchen. Was asked to wait another 5-7 mins. 20mins later finally my food arrives. It took them 50mins in total to get 4 itemsout. But they acknowledged the undue delay and gave me a 10% discount, which was not much but was appreciated nonetheless.After all, taking responsibility is the first step towards improving. Very good varieties of dishes, never had any complaints, price is average and reasonable in quantity, samosa and chole bature is... good here, parking is available with indian grocery store cash and carry is adjacent to this store , very convenient one stopplace to finish home grocery and purchase Indian foods too, a good eat out to visit in brampton Read more

Wow average 4 star reviews.. Lets give the restaurant a shot. This is exactly what came into my mind when my friend was craving... for samosa. Ordered 10 samosas (takeout). Reached home to realize that those were half cooked. Attached pictures as a proof. Youcan see that dough is raw.. Went back and was asked to wait for 40-45 minutes just for 10 samosa. Really disappointed with theservice. Read more
