They have the worst customer handling. We did online order at 7:30pm and got the message to pick up the order at 8:00pm. When we... reached there they showed a separate window for online order pickup. We waited for 10mins and no one was responding. And thenwhen we asked they said they haven?t prepared the order and was about to start. It was horrible as they made everything in realquick and made a mess. Never ever going to this location. This has to be the absolute worst location in the franchise. They completely either mess up your order, don't include what you... wanted or are completely incompetent. As an example, I specifically asked 3 times to what appeared to be the manager of thestore to not put an ingredient into one of the products. Never an issue an at any other location. There is an allergy issueand I made sure to tell them. Good thing I always check as they of course put it in again. They simply don't care and thus, Iwill not be going back to that location ever again. Someone should take a hard look at who is managing this place. It'sembarrassing. Read more
I had some Taco Bell at this location. The service was good. The menu changed a bit, however, I was still able to order what I... wanted. The tacos are still the same but the sauces have changed. They have a Kentucky Hot Sauce. This was actually really good.I would recommend this place. Read more

Just ordered a lot of food on Uber eats, and this place did not send any sauce packets. We were supposed to get over 20 with our... order. They also didn't put sour cream on the side for fries supreme, so now someone can't eat it. Last time I'll ever give thisplace my business. Just lazy and incompetent.
