Pretty fast service, my coffee was made perfectly however my bagels look like donuts
If there was zero stars I will give them zero stars. The only reason I come to this Tim Hortons it?s because I live close by but... if I was anybody else I will advise them to stay away and go to a different one. They have the worst customer service, worstfood quality, always out of stock. Constantly lying to customers because I used to work there yet they are constantly lying tocustomers about what they can and cannot do just because they are lazy. How does it take more than 10 minutes for two toasted bagels and two bacon farmers wrap?? The restaurant is filled with so many... workers but why does it take this long to get food? Really fast service both from drive through and inside , nice staff and well cleaned. The drive through is too fast if u take an... extra second to take out your car you are rushed to hurry up. They run out of stuff early , if u plan to go in the lateafternoon or around dinner for a desert and coffee with friends you may not find what u are looking for Read more
I live around the store, every morning I buy my morning coffee at this location, but I won't do it anymore. Last Thursday, I... spent 20 minutes waiting for a coffee around 5am. It's not the workers the problem, it's management. I saw a lady at the frontand another lady in the drive trough taking the orders and making the coffee or complying with any food item being ordered. Ifelt sorry for them, the pressure on them must be terrible and it's not right. I saw customers backing out of the drive troughbecause of the big line up at the beginning of your work day. Read more
It's been one year since I have been facing this issue, whenever i come here in the evening to eat something they always are out... of Stock like every single day with the same issue. Secondly, i would like to talk about one girl employee, she was very rudelytalking to a very old sikh who was having difficulty understanding English (even though the girl was Punjabi) but she didn'tcare to under him in punjabi, so i helped the guy, very unhelpful staff & always out of stock, in the evening. One of the WORST Tim Hortons in Brampton! This is the closest location to my house and no matter what time of day I come the... service is horrible. They seem to never have baked goods and are always in a rush, even if it's not busy. My orders have beenmade wrong so many times that I check them before I drive off.
