Very bad customer service. I had the offer for buy 2 get 1 free coffee, explicitly ordered two large double double and an extra... large double double at the drive through and the worke there confirmed the order. As soon as I drove up to the window to pay,they told me I didn't order it and the offer didn't go through because they said I didn't order the 3rd drink. A bunch of liarsand bad customer service. Every time if i ordered coffee or specialty tea. Crew didn?t stir well as you can see in the picture. Even the sugar settled... down in the cup which leans they didn?t stir it well and always in hurry. Read more
everytime i come to this tim hortons, something is wrong, whether it be the old coffee, or food made poorly, but today was the... last straw, i ordered a farmers wrap and it had 5 hairs in it. nobody was wearing a hair net and they clearly didn't seem tocare. Read more
I ordered ?can i please have a bagel? answer by crew member ?no?. I was shocked with the reply, if it wasn?t ready, she shld... have said that sorry its not ready yet. I went again aftr 7 mins as she was saying that we?ll serve aftr 5am that means after 2minutes nd on drive thru requested again ?can i please have bagel now, same reply ?NO? even at 5.05am, its weird.
