The reviews saying about the staff being rude is true and they are inconsiderate.I went all the way for a coffee in my break and... they gave cold coffee.I told the guy that it is cold when i hold the cup I can say it is cold and he replied that The cup iscold coffee is not and I was like are you serious.I asked hom if he can change it and he replied I did not make this coffee areyou serious .Is this Tim Hortons .i cannot believe.The wrap they made was also pre made i think as It took them no secs to giveand I was not in drive through,I went inside . You know how rude their afternoon staff is, a bunch of idiots, my work place is there can?t avoid going there, they literally... mistreat customers, whether it is a mobile order or the counter one. I did mobile order before going there when I reached thereafter 5 mins they still did not started preparing it. It took around 10 mins for a mobile order can u imagine. My break was justfor 15 mins.
