No one was available in evening at 6:20 sign mentioning ?will be back in 5 minutes? we did wait more than 15 minutes even 4 more... people came in line no one came back we left as we were on the way to hospital emergency looking for food for patient. We went there for get a bagel with some tea but the staff said they had turned off the toaster 30 minutes before the closing... time and refused to toast the bagel,so we dropped the idea of buying anything from them.we were the only customer there ,so noline ups either, pathetic service!! DON'T BUY GIFT CARDS HERE. STAFF GAVE ME DIFFERENT CARDS WITH AMOUNTS LESS THAN WHAT I LOADED. I Bought 4x $30 gift cards from... this location. Staff wrote $30 on the gift card sleeve but two of the recipients said the amounts they received on the giftcards were less than $30. Looking at the gift card numbers, they weren't even the same cards loaded with the $30. The staff(whether intentionally or not) gave me cards loaded with a lower amount. When brought to their attention, the staff was lessthan helpful, gave me the run around and sent me to their parent location, which has yet to have helped me. Very frustrating,waste of time and embarrassing as the gift giver. Read more

I came in on September 9th and ordered a vanilla dip donut and two chocolate tim bits. I paid for my order using my phone and... the credit card machine declined twice despite me having money in my phone. This was odd and shortly after the screen of themachine went black before some sort of coding appeared on the screen. It seemed to be glitching and I told the cashier this andshe called over another employee to fix it. When the machine began working properly again, they asked me to try again and I wasgoing to without issue but before I could, I got a notification on my phone about the payment being made. The transaction did infact go through and it is shown in my bank statement as well. I can provide the proof if necessary. However, the cashier accusedme of not paying in front of several other customers. Very embarrassing for me. I would never lie about this. I come hereregularly. The total was just $1.96. Why would I not pay such an inexpensive total especially as a regular customer? The firstcashier taking my order even saw that the machine was acting weird yet did nothing to inform her coworker of that making it just1 against 2. I even showed on my phone that the payment went through. This was such an awful experience for me and I feel asthough I am not welcomed back at this location despite having good experiences in the past and being friendly with those thatserved me.
