Zero star for customer service. Employee are very rude. I always take a custom ice coffee with some extra items in it. My friend... was giving order on drive trough and these girls were commenting on him in punjabi. i heard all the conversation as i was in thegas station. The worst Tim Hortons, absolute garbage customer service, and they do not have any regards for their customers. never prepare... the right order, always rushing, rude behaviour, food is always half cooked even if you ask multiple times to double toast abagel. management is a joke as they do not care about any of the feedback. staff is always shouting at each other while takingorders at the drive through. i usually avoid going to this store as i know i will regret it while sipping their coffee andeating their bagels. i could go on and on and on about their absolute horrible customer service and quality of food especiallyin the morning.
