Such a poor customer service! I placed the order at 9:10 PM and waited for 45 minutes and then when I got the order, there was... the order money inside the bag (the bag seal was broken). And when I called to the restaurant and asked for the reason, theyjust hang up the call and after that when I tried to call again, they did the same. Is this the customer service this TimHortons location provides?? The management should also train there staff how to talk and react to customers. It?s frustratingthat when u waited for 45 minutes, got nothing and getting this type of response ????. Also what?s the logic of sending theorder money back in a bag with a broken seal ????????????. Worst Tim Hortons experience. I order white hot chocolate and they give me regular hot chocolate. The regular hot chocolate was... also not good. It felt like someone add chocolate powder in hot water. Read more
This location is good and convenient which makes this place perfectly accessible. However, when it comes to customer service... they really don?t have any. I do not know why all the staff is annoyed and have like zero interest in listening to theircustomers. I have seen some of the staff being rude to old and someone who is not well dressed. They really need to be nicer topeople. Read more
First off?the washrooms were very disgraceful. My children were unable to use the washroom successfully due to the filthy floor... conditions which was wet, the toilet in the female washroom was flooded and the male washroom was the last resort for my familyto use along with the horrific smell throughout both washrooms. When attempting to order our food afterwards (sadly) thecashier said they didn?t have any of the rice bowls after I had given her my order. It was her duty to check if the item wasavailable beforehand but she failed to do so. Definitely would NOT recommend coming to this location. Only ordered a muffin through the app for pick up for the kids, arrived and walked inside where they have a mobile pick up line... out the door due to delivery services. Meanwhile cashier has nobody and would not help out the long mobile order line up andsaid she could not give me the muffin. Took over 5 minutes just to get a muffin is poor service... I would never go back to thislocation, service was rude and staff doesn't want to help each other. Read more
Quick service but not the best quality or presentation. Ordered 10 timbits to snack on and when I got home I see I only got 7?... they put it in a donut container because they ran out of boxes????. Sandwich was good but literally looks like they just slappedeverything on it and wrapped it up. Read more
