All I wanted was a nice good morning and rest of the day. And you guys ruined it. Have you ever heard of customer service at... all?? The girls are rude and the middle-aged women just do the work as they are doing a favour. I got my order wrong and wastold to have what I got. This is my 3rd time. What a disaster service. The crew members need to learn some decency and manners. People go there and pay for their food , they... aren't giving anything for free! Very disappointed with their service, my second times didn?t get my order right. Never going back. They hand you the coffee in... less than a second when cant even put your wallet back; there?s no reason for all that rush, felt like they work in a leansystem environment! Definitely not a fan. Every interaction is very rushed, even if there is nobody in line behind me. I grab the same order for my... office every day and it's like playing roulette, not 2 orders a alike! Also, I experienced someone doing a carry out the otherday, then grabbing the door to get back inside and going straight to work the drive thru window, no scrub up or glove change.Will be switching to McDonald's going forward..... The staff are a lot more respectful and competent since the re-opening. Will be going there again.
