I was happy to find out that this Tims has a drive through since the other one is a bit further for my house. It?s my second... time coming here and this time it ordered farmers wrap. The wrap was cold and the staff was chit chatting while I was trying topay, not paying attention at all if I was scanning my card or not. I doubt I will go there again. Mold on our breakfast sandwiches. I noticed it after eating more than half of it. I wouldn't have seen it had it not fell out of... the wrapper. Told my wife to check hers it was moldy too. We were already on the highway by the time we noticed it. Read more

Early august 2022 experience (take out but went in store to get it).Took my concerns seriously enough to complete receipt survey... and still have not heard anything back from franchisee despite customer service rep from Tim Hortons respondly quickly. .Although the staff were pleasant enough and there were many of them, there was definitely hygiene concern (messy garbage cans,product display almost empty) and lack of product availability (they didnt have half products on displays). For a what I canassume is a busy location and the quality of food (stale buns) does not represent Tim Hortons what I know locally where I live.I would suggest looking for yourself but it was not money will spent for me (spent $28 worth as meal on way home from footballgame). Worse tim horton i have ever came across. Quality is so bad. 1 car in front of me in drive thru still took me 6-7 mint. Steeped... tea was cold and tasted really bad even the cup wasn?t filled up properly. They didn?t even bother with cutting the bagel inhalf. Read more
This is my 3rd or 4th time asking them for a croissant heated with butter and every single time the croissant is not heated. The... girls working are just chatting with one another. No professionalism what so ever. Very disappointed with the food and service . Read more
