Service slow and workers are disgruntled. Majority of the times the speaker doesn?t work and if does they give you the wrong... order. I told them to put pylons in the drive thru so customers don?t line up. They insist to stay there and do nothing. This is5th time lining up and was told to go inside and place an order. Read more

This tim hortons location is the worst I have ever been to! First of..they never have any of the bakery or food items u want on... the menu and staff said cause owner don't want them to make more ..went again to get coffee and ask for tap water they r theonly location that charges for tap water and then give u a cup without lid even after paying and then said the money if for thecup not the lid :/ and staff again said owner asked them to charge for everything ..this tim hortons is so ghetto ..never againsuch a bad experience. I had really really bad experience with the drive thru order. Yesterday i have orderd two sandwich but it was nit prepared... properly and some items were missing as wel tiday when i orderd i told the girl that yesterday my stuff was missing she get madat me she spoke very mannerlesly when i asked her about her name ahe saifld my name us jaspreet kaur i am not sure if it isright or wrong but she should have some manners that how to deal with customers. I wait her on window to talk but she never cameand due to lineup i leave that place. Please teach your staff how to deal with the customer. Thanks Read more

Quite unfortunate that this location has lost its charm and my guess, it's primarily because of the new staff. I am very regular... to this location, as it's very near to my home. The earlier staff was very polite and had all the intention of giving bestcustomer experience but the current one is busy fulfilling the orders and most of the time they dont bother to follow thespecifications given by customer, in my case, they have forgotten suger and almond milk a few times. All in all, my experiencehas degraded many folds. A good customer experience training is required for this location. Read more

They never serve wrap with hot (heat) condition. Just put all together and throw to your face and seems employees not trained to... prepare food properly. Never ever come and order wrap here. Read more

Experience was not good as after this location getting busy, but I am using this location from beginning and now it?s worse. If... you are order ?? coffees and bagels ???? , then you?re good but it?s something different then that you have to wait like moreyou have to wait there . One day I order chai tea latte and bagel sandwich that lady told you have to wait same spot where I didorder. So same way who?s behind he has to wait for it unnecessary! Sounds crazy right. !!! Check the photos I used to timHortons drive through and I know it?s not supposed to like that . If u have to wait 10-15 mins for latte and sandwich better togo McDonald?s. We use Tim Hortons just because get fast service otherwise McDonald?s taste was better and if I have spend sametime . Read more
