The new revamp to this location is nice, kiosk are useable but almost every time I?ve been it doesn?t print a receipt so you... need to verify at the front anyways, the food is always fresh and put together but at a slow pace, I think they are severelyunderstaffed. I went today and ordered 2 JBCs and was told ?we?re waiting on your meat? It took my whole lunch (30mins) toreceive my order and even then I had to go in myself to get it. Every visit here the wait is longer than any other wendys but Iwill say they make the food properly just needs more staff. Read more
I ordered taco salad by uber delivery and I had received only chili with salad. No chips, salsa and sour cream with the order. I... was charged for full product. This is not i am expecting from this restaurant. Really disappointed. Read more
This location is a disaster! I went here for drive thru and I'm greeted by someone at the speaker "can I take your order?" I... proceed to place my order....and there is silence on the other end. Eventually the lady tells me "hold on I'm busy" Whatkindof service is this? Is this a joke? She asked for my order then rudely blurts out that shes busy? About a minute latershe comes back on the speaker asking me to repeat my order. As I said, this location is a joke. I left and went to McDonaldsacross the street. Sorry Wendy's, but you need to have some customer service and get your house in order. if not, there isplenty of other options right nearby. This Wendy's location is big and bright, with plenty of seating and lots of windows with a good view of Main St. The kiosk used... to place the order is easy to use. The service is fast and good. The employee that handed me my tray, was friendly. The popmachine was a little hard to use. The condiment area was dirty. The food was hot, freshly prepared and nicely put together. Read more
Bad experience 1: The girl that took my order this evening was so friendly but I asked for a well done burger and med fries and... got a dry burnt burger and a very light med fries.
