First time experience was horrible. No customer service experience. Lady kissed her teeth and rolled her eyes and spoke rudely... when I kindly asked her to repeat options. This is my first time and I took a while to read the menu to decide and her attitudehad me turn away from ordering further. I was very excited about trying this new place but her attitude ruined it all. Myfamily was with me too and did not appreciate her attitude. I've read the postitive reviews about the newly launched Mexican eatery Z-teca, and finally had a chance to try their savory... bowls. I tried their grilled chicken bowl and overall wasn't happy nor unhappy...it was just ok. For the price, the portionsize was smaller than expected (in comparison to BarBurrito portions). I appreciate the quality of their ingredients(hormone-free chicken & fresh Pico de Gallo), for that reason, I may go back to try a different bowl. Read more

Awesome! I'm happy there's another option at this mall for food and this place puts Chipotle in their place. Also the staff are... really friendly and the food is absolutely delicious.
