Semi-local but first time dining here last night. This place is adorable. A really fantastic selection of food, and everything... we had was perfect. Milkshakes, burgers, appetizers: all delicious. Staff was friendly and service fast. You could telleverything was fresh. The restaurant was so cute. Best part was the sign we saw saying that tipping was optional because theypay their staff a living wage. Bravo to The Barnyard for getting it right! Highly recommend. We will be back. Read more
We weren?t expecting much when we walked into this place. Surprisingly the inside was nice and clean. My kids had burgers. I had... a country fried chicken platter and onion rings. So yummy! This will be our go to place to eat on our way home from camping. Read more
Overall I really enjoyed the food, my only complaint would be that their regular mac & cheese was a bit dry but otherwise the... food was delicious. The salad was fresh, my burger was cooked perfectly with just a hint of pink, the chocolate shake was verycreamy and rich and the deep fried pickle spears were something different and tasty. I loved the sauce that came with them. Theyhave great seating indoors with booths and tables and there are tables outside for outdoor seating, in such a nice area. I'll begoing back for sure. I ordered the fried chicken salad. Food was good but I had a hard time "swallowing" the $3 upcharge because the price of lettuce... went up. I could have bought a whole head of lettuce for that amount. I did not react quickly enough and could have selected adifferent item. $27 meal for a simple salad and 2 soft drinks. Read more
