Just came from there , nothing was clean in the lobby. You can tell some of the sauce have been on the table for a while ,... employees looked like they were just standing or sitting around. The cashier seemed nice and polite , but will not be comingback due to the lobby. I work in fast food and lord forbid if we left our lobby like that. Read more
We placed an order for one small vanilla cone. I was a little shocked that they didn?t just go ahead and make it right then... because that?s a very simple task. However we sat and watched them serve the people who ordered food ahead of us the people thatordered food after us a GrubHub order that came in after we got there. I went up to the counter to find out what the deal wasonly to be told that the order wasn?t on the screen. When I ask if someone deleted it I was told no they don?t delete orders andthey acted like it was no big deal that I?ve been waiting 13 minutes for a simple small vanilla cone. When I asked to speak tothe manager I was told the general manager was not there and they cannot give out his personal number. I asked for the districtor regional managers office number and I was again told they were not allowed to give that out. When I tried to call the numberon the receipt as well as the phone number that comes up on Google it doesn?t even connect you to a business line that tells youthat you reach Dairy Queen. It connects you to some British voicemail that tells you to just leave a message so you have no ideawho you?re calling. I think Brandenburg Dairy Queen has put a fake number on Google and on their receipts. Read more
I have eaten peanut buster parfait for years. I have all ways gotten an abundance of chocolate sauce and peanuts. This time I... got maybe a teaspoon of chocolate and about a dozen peanuts. Very disappointed. Don't think I'll be back. It cost me 6 buckseach. We bought 2. If I wanted just ice cream I could have gotten it from kroger for under 4 bucks. Read more

Back again as we eat here often, not sure how long that will continue. Prices continue to increase while food quality and... service decline at an alarming rate. $11 per person with a 25min wait, for a fast food combo meal. No explanation or apologyoffered. Read more

I ordered my child a ice cream cake from this location, I arrived today 11/27/2021 and they had me come in and I go in and give... my order to one of the workers, she started getting irritated and said I?m not dealing with this and gave it to the manager andsaid here you deal with this, I was a little taken back by her, then another lady walks in behind me and another worker walksaround and greeted me, then the lady behind me asked a question so that worker asked the first lady her request and she thoughtit was me and said she is going to have to wait because she went back to look for her cake, the worker said its not her it adifferent lady, then she yells out this is annoying, this is so annoying, she apparently was having a bad day, so Angel andanother gentleman gives me my cake and I noticed the roses were a little smashed I was like no big deal but I told the guy I hadto pay for the cake, he begins to walk away and the worker who greeted me asks if she could ring me up and I guess he said yesbecause she went to ring me up and angel asks her what she was doing, and she said he told her he could ring me up, well I spokeup and said I needed to pay as well that the online wouldn?t let me pay. I paid and left, well when I got home and opened thecake some of the other area was also dented, Angel ended up calling me and said I could come back and get my money back, well Idrove all back over and she refused to give me my money after telling me over the phone she would! Update: After the way theytreated me: I honestly don?t recommend doing business with this DQ again it?s a shame you try to keep it local business but theway they treated me it was very sad!
