As a former employee of this location it is extremely disappointing going to this store and encountering not only terrible food,... but poor customer service. My father-in-law took my kids through the drive-thru a little while back, was pulled forward andwaited nearly 20 minutes before going back through the drive thru to ask about their order. Staff, including the manager wereextremely rude and literally refused to give them their food. Instead, he was given a refund for an order that wasn?t evenhis. I?ve been there a couple of times and it was my experience 2 mornings ago that finally made me wanna leave this review.This time, Sue Dages ;always the sweetest lady) was her usual sweet and delightful self. However, before I even got to thesecond window, the young lady had my bag hanging out the window waiting for me. As I approached, not a word said, she basicallythrew my bag at me. I?m just wondering what happened to the amazing customer service this store use to have. I know this use tobe one of the busiest fast food restaurants in town, and the customers would get so frustrated but, we, as a team would worktogether to ensure that [nearly] everyone left happy. The only reason I visit this location is because of my grandkids. The orders are constantly wrong. Today was my last visit. We... went through the drive thru late night and didn?t realize they forgot fries until we got home. We stopped back in today andordered something for our grandson and also let them know about the missing fries. I asked Jose, the manager on duty if he couldjust throw in a drink in place of the missing fries. He refused to do it because I didn?t call last night. Went inside because the drive thru was super busy but I stood there for a good while and was ignored. To top it off there was a... male manager in the front showing another employee how to load a machine right in the front as well as many other employeescoming and going. They never looked up. Good food great service around the clock, during the day they are almost always packed. 6/12/22 I waited in the drive throw for... 5 minutes before i ordered, whitch is good, but after that i waited 15 minutes before i paid then i get up to the pick up windowand they said to pull up to spot one, and my food would be out. Took my daughter and grandsons out to eat they were not very friendly and then we ordered the kids cheeseburger plain and they... gave us everything on it so we went up and told them and they acted like they were not going to fix it. They did but any otherMcDonald?s will then walk the food out yo your table not this one nor did they care so more the leave the 2 burgers laying onthe counter. It was other customers that finally asked us if we were # 69 and we said no they said did you get two cheeseburgersand we were like yeah they said that you so my daughter went up and got them but they left them on the counter.
