Every time I place an order something is always forgot. Extra sauce cups that I paid for not with my order. One time they... forgot a whole large pizza. All the manager could say was sorry like she didn't care. Had to call 3 times to figure out wherethe pizza was at while my kids were home hungry waiting for it to show up. Read more
The food is always good when we order from papa johns.. Tonight I put my order in at 7:45 and it 11:00 and its still not here.... I have children here that are hungry. Yes they have snacked on things since it was ordered but pizza was dinner. This isabsolutely ridiculous. They need to put something on the website that tells customers how long it will be before their pizza bedelivered before they buy it. Hell I bought it and it's been an hour past that. ???????? Just ordered 4 large pizzas & cheese sticks. Were they too busy to cut my pizza? Good thing I had a kitchen knife to cut it... with. Unacceptable service /quality there people. Read more
They are either busy, or dead . Pizza are never cut right. Always late
