The girls that worked today were so nice but they looked so over worked and tired. Idk if this is a staffing problem or what but... if it is...get them some help! I've worked in customer service and food industry for 8+ years and I know an over worked employeewhen I see one. Stressed, tired, exhausted. I get that u have a buinsess to run but be the better employer and treat ur staffright. Don't leave them out to dry. They're the reason u have a company and a paycheck coming in. I think I came in 12/14 but the heavier set lady with glasses gave me an attitude because I wanted a regular sized cup instead... of a large saying it was only .50 cents difference but I knew I couldn?t finish a large. The worst attitude ever, honestlyshouldn?t be working in customer service I hope she has better days than this one because that was not it. I always go here on my lunch break. Today around 7:40pm I went to get some pretzels (without knowing they closed at 6) and I... walked up, and the staff just stared at me, I asked if I could place an order, and then the heavier set African American woman ,didn't get name, with curly hair and a white hat, was extremely rude , and told me they were closed with a horrible attitude.
