The girls that worked today were so nice but they looked so over worked and tired. Idk if this is a staffing problem or what but... if it is...get them some help! I've worked in customer service and food industry for 8+ years and I know an over worked employeewhen I see one. Stressed, tired, exhausted. I get that u have a buinsess to run but be the better employer and treat ur staffright. Don't leave them out to dry. They're the reason u have a company and a paycheck coming in. I think I came in 12/14 but the heavier set lady with glasses gave me an attitude because I wanted a regular sized cup instead... of a large saying it was only .50 cents difference but I knew I couldn?t finish a large. The worst attitude ever, honestlyshouldn?t be working in customer service I hope she has better days than this one because that was not it. I always go here on my lunch break. Today around 7:40pm I went to get some pretzels (without knowing they closed at 6) and I... walked up, and the staff just stared at me, I asked if I could place an order, and then the heavier set African American woman ,didn't get name, with curly hair and a white hat, was extremely rude , and told me they were closed with a horrible attitude. I came here for my T-Mobile Tuesday deal and waited 20+ minutes for one pretzel. I purchased my items and the cashier failed to... inform me that there were no pretzels made and that I would be waiting for one to be cooked. It wasn?t until 15 minutes in Ispoke up and asked why I hadn?t received my order yet that someone told me they are just being made. Poor customer servicebecause there was no apology for my wait or any sign of genuine accountability to fix the issue. I will never come back to thislocation. Read more
Today I was with my mom and my aunt. The employee that was giving us our pretzels and drinks was really rude. My aunt has the... app and when she asked the employee to scan the QR code, she gave my aunt a dirty look, but still scanned it. Then, my aunt hadalso ordered a soda. We continuously had to remind her to give my aunt her soda. My mom had asked for a Sweet Almond pretzel,the employee gave her a dirty look as well. She made the pretzel for my mom and it was strangely salty. She had also ordered afrozen strawberry lemonade and normal frozen lemonade, again we continuously had to remind her what types of lemonade they wereand that she still needed to give us our lemonades. She was giving us lots of attitudes. There was also a lady who wanted amedium cup of cinnamon bites but there were only large cups of cinnamon bites, can't you take one large cup of the cinnamonbites and put them in the medium-sized cup? The employee forgot to scan the QR code on the woman's phone and also forgot to giveher the receipt. The employee apparently also gave a person an extremely bent cup, which made the drink spill on her son. Thewoman had asked for another cup, and guess what the employee did? You guys are getting 2 stars because the pretzels are good but your workers suck!!! Salene is awkward around people which I find... very weird do to her being in customer service, her manners are non existent and the way she greats people is horrible,it's notwarming at all she looks like she absolutely hates her life and job, I think if you work a terrible job you need to find abetter one, I hope she just had a bad day and this is not her everyday reactions at work Read more
For some reason this exact location at the mall never has anything at 5pm, as if they are already closed. 3 employees standing... around doing absolutely nothing, while there is a line a mile lokg at the other location.
