This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. I would try to come here twice a month. I was having a really tough day today... and decided to get some lunch. I ordered the three meat combo, excited for my meal I went to check out. The supposed $12 mealrang up as $19.76?? I asked politely, and they started to yell. Apparently I got charged for an extra meat for the side? Thismade no sense. I politely tried to talk with this man, but made no progress. As a student, seven dollars is a mass amount. I amnot sure if this is a sort of scam or some weird thing they are doing? I have read a few other reviews pertaining to this typeof situation. But Perry?s needs to hire new workers. These people are the face of the company! My calm, patient and absolutelyexhausted self does not need to be screamed at over silly matters. Overall, have not had an issue with the food. Eaten here twice, and received food poisoning twice as a result. Large portions are great, but at the cost of your health is not... okay. Considering it?s food court food, I?m not surprised to hear from other reviewers that they?ve found bugs in the food orthat the food tastes expired. I ordered a 3 meat combo and asked for one of the... meats to be separate but that was absolutely too difficult for them to understand they wanted to charge me extra. Got food from this place today I got the rice and two meat combo. I asked them not to put a lot of rice on my tray because they... give too much. So my choice of meat was the bourbon chicken and the spicy bourbon chicken they hardly put any meat on my tray.And the price was $10.74 I demand the cashier to put extra meat on my tray after I paid $10 for my meal. Cashier just put juiceon my food instead of extra meat and I?m looking right dead at her as she did it. My daughter paid for her and she got a lot ofmeat on hers. After I got my refund I went and stood in line at chipotle and watched them put the food that I had just touchedright back into the food with the other meats. Standard food court chinese style food. I got the orange chicken and white rick. I thought the food was tasty and I have no real... complaints. Is it the greatest food in the world. No. But for food court food it is pretty good. Everyone spoke English and theline moves pretty quick. If in Brandon mall I would come back again. Read more
Unfortunately I frequent this establishment, not for the customer service which is nonexistent but the orange chicken. They try... to mix old stale food in with fresh food and refuse to give you fresh food. They are rude and dismissive. Do not eat from hereunless you want to eat stale food or if you want to fight with them to get them to give you some fresh food. Read more
