This is the worst burner king in the area. They usually only have like 3 people working. Also, the quality of employees here is... lackluster at best. Everyone moves as slow as a turtle here. Whether you go inside or the drive thru be prepared to wait a longtime for your food Read more

Get in line and cash only.... I waited twenty minutes because there is no pass through lane. I told them I would wait twenty... minutes when I got up to the window because of my time wasted due to no sign or way out. I was handcuffed. They need a betterprocess. It took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru line after 2pm on a Saturday. When I pulled up there were 4 or 5 cars in line... ahead of me. Food was hot and tasted as expected but this location needs some help - the speaker at the drive through wasbroken, it was cutting in and out which I'm sure affected orders ahead of me. The sliding window at the pick up window wasdamaged and coming off it's track, causing the staff to struggle to open or close it. To me, these are signs that necessarymaintenance/repairs that would benefit both employees and customers are not being performed at this location. The workers wereclearly struggling but were doing their best to remain positive. Read more

SLOW!! I went in and ordered a 8 piece chicken nugget, and it came right out, then I stood there for 10 minutes as they got... everyone else's order around mine, I finally had to ask if I could have my nuggets that's been sitting there.
