The manager was saying the f word like that's normal. I waited 15 min and it wasn't busy. No ice in coke machine no straws.... Fries were cold. I would recommend Burger King get new manager. He was cussing at customer at window and threatening customer. Iwill never be back. Read more
If 0 stars was an option, this Burger King location would own it! I live only a couple of blocks from here so I've been... stopping in 2-4 times a week at random times since this store opened a few months ago. Not even once was my original order everfilled, they are always out of something- hamburger buns, chicken patties, haven't had an ice coffee from there in over amonth. And there is always a longer than expected wait even if I'm the only in line or the only customer in the dining area. Brand new store and the manager is clueless how to manage it. Read more
Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Service was extremely slow. Drink machine had no ice and the drinks were flat. Had no lids... for the cups. The girl that took the order had no clue what to do. Seems very intimidated...like she was very new and over herhead. Took 30 minutes to get our food and the chicken was cold. How is that possible? Was by for the worst meal I've ever hadat Burger King. Could even finish it. Was so bad that the young Manager had to throw down the headset and go into the kitchento make the food herself. I'm not a big Burger King and Fast Food fan and this experience didn't help. Read more
Very disappointed. It took a full 3-4 minutes before anyone came to the front counter. I could hear people in the back talking... about what good managers they are. Finally the young lady working the drive thru came up to take my order. There was anothercustomer behind me. We were the only ones in the store. It was 11:00 in the morning. Not busy. The young lady from Drive thruwas quick, friendly, very professional. She was the only saving grace in the whole place. The floors were dirty, the counternasty and sticky. Maybe instead of praising themselves they could spend more time on guest experience and cleaning. Not a goodvisit. I spent 30.00 on that visit as well. Read more
Took 10mins to place order with no one in line and counter person just looking back. 20 mins to receive my order with only 1... person standing there waiting for his 2 small fries and cheese burger. Absolutely no ice in the soda machine, to top things off,the management sitting in the dining room having a good Ole time laughing and talking about personal issue. Yes loud enough forall to hear. I'll save my money next time and eat somewhere else. Read more
Employee kept his back to us for several minutes before acknowledging our presence. Finally took our order and waited very long... time for food even though there was only one other table with people at it and no one in line. Had to convince him that Iordered coffee even though it was on the receipt! Coffee was cold and they had run out of cream. Food was not nearly as good asusual. This is possibly the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. Floors were so sticky that you had to clean the bottoms of your... shoes when you got outside. Trash was stacked like a bad game of tetris. Soda machine was not carbonated. Every table wasfilthy! Food spilled everywhere. Terrible experience. This is the closest one to my house but NEVER again. This Burger King location is the worst location in Tampa I just don?t understand why every single time you come here they take... forever whether there is a line or literally not one customer they take forever to take your order and bring out the food theservice is horrible and the customer service is even worst the least they can do is be nice after taking forever to take yourorder it?s just unprofessional and the worst service I have ever received sad this location should NOT be rated a 3 maybe A -3just atrocious!!!
