Stopped in this past Thursday around noon. This was my first and last visit. I won't go back. I got the chicken teriyaki... sandwich and it was so soggy. The bun was soaked and just fell apart. I took 2 bites and threw the rest away. Read more

Usually I love their food. However tonight the service was a tad but off. I spent $74 in this place for my family. The order had... to come out separate and not only that after the young lady told the cook; what we were missing he came over to the table tocheck. I'm like brauh. Are you serious right now! I just spent $74 n here ! Read more

It?s tragically unfortunate that this Corporation has NO IDEA HOW TO MAKE A PHILLY CHEESESTEAK. 1st, we were so excited to hear... that a Cheesesteak Restaurant was opening in Brandon FL! As I?m from SE PA, there are Cheesesteak restaurants everywhere. Wecalled them 4 times over the last 2 weeks to find out if they were open yet so we could eat there. THEY NEVER ANSWERED thePhone! Today, Finally, I was able to drive over there. After ordering a Traditional ?Philly? Cheesesteak, I was told there?s NOAMERICAN CHEESE! Huge Red Flag for anyone that loves ?Philly Style? cheesesteaks. The Recipe for a traditional Philadelphia?Philly? cheesesteak is simple, Toasted Italian Hoagie Roll, Shaved marinated rib eye steak, white or yellow American Cheese. It?s that simple! Product familiarity is essential! When I asked for the Manager, he told me they have every cheese exceptAmerican! He said it was a Corporate decision not to offer it. It?s a distinctive primary ingredient. OK Obviously the SUITS atHQ have No Idea how to make a ?Philly style? cheesesteak, as it tastes completely different without American cheese! When acompany?s Leaders and staff have NO CLUE as to how to make the product to which they market and advertise, then don?t investyour hard earned money with them! Completely disappointed! Try Westshore Pizza for a decent one in the area and DON?T WASTE YOURTIME with this restaurant! They might as well close their doors now! Anyone and everyone makes cheesesteaks. Philly style iswhat the public wants. Very disappointed that the executives here don?t get it. They don?t deserve 1 star Read more

Doesn't even deserve a star. I normally love this restaurant but normally go to another location worst service ever went there... They messed my order up then I still had to keep it plus pay for my actual order so instead of 3 meals I paid for 6 which theother 3 got tossed what a waste and horrible customer service. Read more

Service is fast, options are diverse, flavor is good enough, price is high. There are better tasting and more affordable... Cheesesteak options, just not inside the mall. But across the street there's Jersey Mike's and a few blocks away is a WestshorePizza. There are also better meal options in the mall, like Sarku or Perry BBQ. I was really looking forward to Charlie'sCheesesteak, but it isn't as good as I hoped, especially for the price. Read more

This place was ok. The girl at the register was super friendly. I particularly didn't care much for the sandwich but the fries... were good. The cost was a bit much when I could have gone to the one just a cpl of doors up and had same food, same price that Iwas told was better. I was trying to save money and time. Silly me... but the girl was really sweet and friendly and again, thefries were good. Read more
