ordered a veggie bowl (on the app) w corn, guacamole, beans, rice, and tomatoes. Confused how they messed that up and put no... vegetables, guac, or corn on it. Literally just rice beans and tomatoes. They also forgot my chips which i realized walking outso luckily i was able to get that fixed. Didnt think I would need to check my bowl also. After being warned not to go to this location, I decided to go anyways, because it was closer. After taking it home and eating... it, I instantly regretted it. The rice was hard, the chicken was burnt, and the onions in the pico were cut way too big!! I?venever had a bowl this bad, I usually go to the location by the Brandon mall and am never disappointed. Needless to say I willnot be returning to the Bloomingdale location. Staff should be trained to cook and cut properly. You can tell they do not careabout how the food turns out and are not following proper procedures. Read more
The reviews for this location are scary, but my experience was good! Food was hot and portions were plentiful, the workers were... very nice as well. Tables looked clean, condiment station was a little over stocked but I?d rather have too many things stockedthan too little. The only negative is there was one person working on the line when it seemed they had plenty of people workingto have two on the line. But he was very fast and nice, wait time was short. Read more
This is the most ridiculous order I have ever received. I ordered from DoorDash and this is what I got. I can get more from a... $1.99 burrito at Taco Bell. It feels like because I?m not there to say anything that whoever is making the food can make thesehorrible portions. Now if this is how Chipotle is going to serve they need to adjust their pricing for sure. Neither of theseoptions the tiny burrito or half quesadilla is in no way worth the $12 they are charging. I love eating at Chipotle! They usually do a great job of preparing the food. I would?ve given them a 5-star review but I must... say the online ordering department takes quite some time to complete orders. I figured if I ordered online ahead of time I couldspare some time of standing in line. Nope, I still had to wait more time as I watched people that were in line get their foodbefore mine was even brought out to the online pick up rack. Ultimately, still a great food spot! Read more
I love Chipotle but something has to be done about the Bloomingdale Ave. location. I walked in and it was a nasty mess!!! The... tables hadn't been cleaned off. There was food and dried stains on the tables. The floor hadn't been swept in a while. Therewas trash and food on the floor. I went to order and they had run out of onion and green peppers. The bottom of the pan wasburnt. I asked if they had more coming out and was told the prep people didn't have enough time to cut more, so no. I went toget Ice Tea and the Tea was nothing but light colored water. There were no utensils! I told the so called supervisor about theTea and utensils and he brought me 2 forks. I told him all the receptacles were empty. There were a few employees standingaround watching me question the missing onions and green peppers instead of cleaning the tables and floor. Then I noticed theywere waiting to clock out and then left. Leaving the restaurant a mess!! I had to use my own sanitizer to clean the table I satat. Corporate and the Health Dept. needs to pay them a surprise visit. Read more
Worst Chipotle ever. The crew here is so severely unorganized. Prepare to wait at least 45 min for online orders. If there?s a... line, good luck. I still had to wait 30 min when there wasn?t anyone else in the store. What?s wrong here????? Update!! Nothinghas changed. And it?s absolutely disgusting here. Also, I got STEAK in my vegan sofritas! Good luck with ordering a delivery from this store. Ordered through the app and this was the store my food was made. Bowls came... half empty even though having to pay $11 for a bowl that is normally $9 and double the portion. Customer service refused to senda new order the same night, so unfortunately my husband and I did not eat so my children wouldn?t have to go to bed hungry. Read more
