This is the worst unhygienic chipotle location, they have mixed Steak with Tofu (sofritas). I am vegetarian, when I complaint... about it to customer service, their response was that they don't guarantee cross contact. They really don't care if you have anydietary restrictions, Mistake happens but they don't even realize the severity of the problem so they are not able to take careof it in future, At best, they can just offer you a free bowl for such mishaps. How do you manage to keep shrinking your portion sizes? Like, I know that asking for double meat at Chipotle is a meme at this... point. But this is just absurd. How is this double meat? I feel like everyone should just start weighting their Chipotle ordersas a means of calling y'all out. And don't come back with portion control nonsense. Ordered online due to being at work. Received a completely wrong order. Then Chipotle?s phone system is literally the stupidest... thing I?ve ever experienced. Horrible customer service. I ordered a Barbacoa bowl w brown rice, no beans, guac, lettuce, queso,cheese, and hot sauce with a small chip. They sent me white rice, black beans, no meat, no hot sauce, and even sent me thewrong size chips. Contacted the live agent who said they would verify with the store that they didn?t get my order wrong. Like? what? You confirm with the person looking at the order.
