Have been to this location recently and had a disappointing experience. We had to wait for 15 minutes to order for our food.... Then, we had to wait for another 15 minutes to get our food. Recently, Culver's has been going downhill in terms ofservice. The food is incredibly overpriced for a fast food restaurant. We paid $40 for three people. Other restaurants likeAussie grill has a better value. The taste of the food is what saves this location from a 1 star review. My burger was good, andthe sides were great, including the cheese curds and the crinkle fries. Overall, Culver's has been going downhill in service.Would recommend other places like Sonic. Wendy's, or even Aussie Grill for a better experience. Go here if you like waiting inline and getting overpriced food. Read more
Standard combo double patty butter burger was disappointing as cheese seemed out of place as too much processing. French fries... nothing special as not hot just barely warm. This company has no side items that I like, but since I work nearby, I?ve tried their burgers, chicken, fish and salads. The... main courses are always good quality. The salads are very fresh and made with spring greens and grilled chicken. The people arealways eager to please and friendly and the place looks nice and seems clean. This place was okay, but weird. Fries were hot like and seasoned. Hamburger was dry and flavorless. I had the mushroom Swiss... burger. Cashier looked beyond me to help some one else and continued to "help" her after 2 managers got involved. She was trying to give an employee a compliment and they couldn't figure out who had been on the register less than an hour ago. Cashierwore a mask below his nose. What's the point? Usually go to the Culver?s on Falkenburg and always receive top notch service and the food is always on point. Decided to try... this one as this closer to home and I gotta say I was very disappointed with the manager. We usually get military discount andwhile it?s not much it?s greatly appreciated but on this occasion we were told no because we ordered kids meals. While it seemedodd I didn?t really care, what really rubbed me the wrong way was the manager whispering in the cashiers ear that she wasn?tdoing it. She didn?t introduce herself nor even have the decency to tell us they couldn?t do it cause we ordered kids mealswhile she gave us dirty looks. Super rude lady, then we went to look for a table and most of them were dirty. Employees allseemed miserable and annoyed to be there. The buns were old and the place reeked of bleach. Dined at this Culvers for lunch on Monday November 1st, 2021. I ordered the Double Butter Burger with Cheese, Lettuce, Onions... and Tomato with a Medium Fries and Medium Brisk Raspberry Iced Tea. All food items were perfect and absolutely delicious. Alsohad a side order of Cheese Curds and Onion Rings with a Small Really Reeses Chocolate Frozen Custard. The Really Reeses dessertwas very fresh and tasty with great flavor! Destanie was very welcoming, informative and provided great customer service. TheRestaurant inside and outside was flawless very nice modern and vintage decor, comfortable seats and tables. There is a verynice outside seating area. Highly Recommend. Outstanding!!! Read more
Wanted a quick bite and stopped here because it was late and this was all that was open. Ordered a combo but it didn?t come with... fries and we didn?t notice until we had already gotten home. They also did not include any sauce for the onion rings (although Iguess we should have asked). The food that was in the bag was tasty. Read more
