This morning around 10:40 am I went to have Breakfast at the Denny?s located in Brandon Fl that was the biggest mistake of my... life. Upon my arrival I have to wait for a few minutes to be assisted and then the waitress came and took me to a table, Whilethere I waited for my food for about 25 minutes. The waitress had like 10 tables by herself. I looked around and all tables werefull of dirty plates and there was nobody to pick them up. When the food arrived the waitress gave me a plastic fork and knife.Are you serious. I heard an old couple saying I can put up with this kind of service and they stand up and left the restaurantupset because nobody went to assist them. This Denny?s customer service is on the ground. to the owners of this Franchise RREMCLLC you better do something fast or close this joint. This is my last time that I will visit a Denny?s after this miserableexperience. Go somewhere else and they will appreciate your business. Also when it was time to pay I have to wait too and I haveto call the waitress to pay because there was nobody at the register and there was receipts all over the place this isunacceptable. You will see the pics. I am not lying folks. And about 20 minutes after I left , I have to go to the restroombecause my stomach felt sick no joke. This is serious. Read more
The waiter was nice but the place is disgusting????????????!!! Tray holders are covered in mold and looks like the roof has... mold but its black/brown so cant/hard to see it everywhere but this is what i could see from where i was sititng & i DO NOTrecommend anyone eating here it's gross in the lobby just imagine what the kitchen looks like???????????? Went here yesterday with my girlfriend and both of us agreed that the restaurant had a nasty odor to it, if y'all have been, you... know what im talking about. Decided to stay in spite of the smell and fact that NO ONE else was there to eat, huge mistake.Waitress was alright, food came out quickly BUT only because my eggs were raw (ordered over easy but looked like they had beenslapped on the grill for maybe 15seconds on one side) sausage and bacon were somehow burnt and cold at the same time (imassuming leftovers from the morning kept in a warmer or something) toast was stale and the hashbrowns were cold as well. Mypancakes were the only edible item with my 15 dollar meal. Girlfriend got a grandslamwich which also had burnt yet cold baconand stale bread. Her scrambled eggs on the sandwich were runny and had black spots. Ate maaaybe a bite of the sandwich, i ate mypancakes and we waited for the waitress to come over for us to complain. When the waitress finally did return she said "no rushbut im going on my break soon, so were you guys planning on leaving a tip or can i have someone else cash you out?" At thispoint i was so over it i said sure and we made our way up front. Girlfriend complained and was offered to pay "just" 15 dollarsfor our 35 dollar meal. We didnt even try to argue it because its obvious no one in this place has an ounce of self esteem forthemselves nor respect for their customers. After reading the other reviews its definitely the case. Y'all pughta shut thislocation down due tp the foul stench inside alone. Tastes like they cook their biscuits in the microwave! ???? They're so flat and rubbery. Gross. Last time I went was my second... time ordering biscuits and gravy from this location and both times I threw them out. I wish I would've realized it was the samelocation before wasting my money the second time. I literally left dennys, got a few miles away, opened the container to myfood, tried a bite, and pulled into McDonald's to order something edible. Fed part of my order to the squirrels and the rest tomy dogs, who seemed to not like them either. How is a restaurant going to let a fast food joint outdo them on biscuits?! Read more
Just wanted to give a positive review I know everybody focuses on the negative but me and my husband used to frequent this... restaurant all the time and for quite a while it didn?t seem like the employees were giving the right customer service. But wejust recently thought we would try again and I can tell you right now you can noticed the change and I?m not sure if it?smanagement or different employees but the restaurant looks cleaner, the service is 100 times And the food is just how weremembered it so whatever you?re doing keep it up! Awesome visit Restaurant was clean, food and coffee was hot and delicious. Service was outstanding. Staff was very friendly and... accommodating. The Manager Shelly was doing a fantastic job interacting with her staff and guests. Can tell there have beenchanges made at this location If you have any issues at this location-ask for the Manager on duty and they will gladly correctany issues or concerns. Keep up the good work. We just went to Denny?s tonight at about 7:30 and we were very happy with our experience. I wish I remembered the name of our... server, because she was great! She was very friendly and attentive, and when our food came out she mentioned that the sausagelooked a little old, and had the cook make us fresh sausage. We had the slam deal for 6.99 and we got a lot of food for what wepaid for. Just wanted to write a review to say how much we appreciated our server tonight. Read more
The food was well prepared. Had the dip sandwich and they didn't have the dip. Asked me if I wanted something different but I... declined. The sandwich was on toasted buttered bread and tasty great as is. Generous portion . Ate half and saved for next dayso I could share dessert with daughter. The apple crunch dessert was also amazing. Our waitress was working the front alone butdid a great job of keeping up with all the tables. Read more
