I ordered my two large pizzas at 7 pm which i was given a time if 7:37 but didnt get it til 8:20 pm. which I was given the... wrong order I was not happy after I got home and notice I had to large cheese pizzas instead of 1 large cheese and 1 large meatlovers. Worst Domino's in Brandon. We have an issue every time we order there. They make the wrong pizzas or give a pizza to someone... else, and then we have to wait for them to make another one. By the time it's done the other pizzas are cold. Will definitely beordering at the one on Providence from now on. Read more
We had a birthday party we had called in advance about (the day prior). Was told by Julie that it wouldn?t be a problem and to... call at 930 before they opened and would be ok. Even went as far to tell us that we may have issues as they weren?t open but tokeep trying. Of course no answer so I drove there just to see as it was cutting it close. Julie is less than friendly. Tells methat we lied and that she?d never say that cuz she?s never there that early. Now we are an hour from party without pizzaoptions. I understand they don?t open till 1030 which is why we called the day prior to see if that was even an option. When wewere told yes we thought we were good to go. I made an order at 6.39 it?s now 8:20 and my order is not here yet. I have two friends and we ordered this together one of my... friends already left. When I called it said quality check by the time I was talking to someone it switched to delivery. Theperson I was talking to on the phone said the order will be at my house in 2 to 5 minutes. Again as I?m on the phone the appupdated and it said that the driver is 24 minutes away. The only thing the person on the phone offered me was they can cancel myorder and have the order skip my house. I?m just really frustrated! A client shouldn?t pay for a company?s staffing missmanagement. Read more

Ordered Online and received the wrong pizza... Okay it happens. They then deliver the correct pizza, undercooked to where my... children refused to eat it because it was "Gooey Pizza" Thank god we noticed before they ate too much. Highly would notrecommend this location. Read more
