I absolutely love this KFC the chef truly cares for everything that has his name on it! The customer service is very good they... always take it upon themselves to correct things like say your tender is broken they will let you know and will provide you withan additional tender! They always have napkins in the bags at most restaurants they?ll let you drive off with none and that?sannoying. If you want amazing tasting KFC chicken visit this location you won?t be disappointed! I love the chicken potpie. Each store is different. Some serve the cookie with the meal and some say we don't offer it anymore.... Wouldn't it better to be consistent. What will they loose giving a cookie? Read more
Ordered a 16pc meal combo for take out. Waited 15min for chicken to cook. They never seem to have enough chicken cooked so... everyone has to waist there time waiting for something that should be done. Get home and?they shored one of my sides, mixedcrispy in with my original and had no breast pieces at all. This order total was $48.00. When I called they said sorry and nexttime your in the area we?ll give you your side. WTF?the customer service we put up with and the prices we pay for this slop ismind blowing anymore. I will never go to another KFC as long as I live and if everyone did this I?m sure customer service willimprove. If we keep taken it then it never will. UPDATE: went to KFC what a DRASTIC CHANGE IN JUST A FEW YRS! I even have photos. words can not express enough how AWFUL the... staff ALLOWED this food to go out like this. EVERYTHING WAS OVERCOOKED AND BURNT! Even the MAC WAS BURNT!! It breaks my heartbecause I have always loved KFC! I hope management fixes this, but I won't be visiting here for a long time, it literally mademe sick, I threw everything away and made something else. I love the famous chicken bowl that I always got in orange. I picked one up here things it would taste the same. Sadly it did... not the chicken was good and tasty. The mashed potatoes on the other hand were quite bland. They also did not provide very muchgreat. It still was a good meal but I will miss the KFC from orange it was packed with a lot more flavor.
