Spoke to a Manager this morning who was not helpful at all. I was unable to place an order for my office online to receive the... Cyber Monday special. Manager stated, "we don't have anything to do with the website." How is that when it is your website? TheManager never once even apologized for the inconvenience. I stated I normally have the order delivered to the Office and if Ihave to leave to pick up the order that would be a great inconvenience. She offered no solution or complimentary compensation. Very friendly service, the cinnamon sugar and chocolate glazed with Kreme filling donuts are pretty good but other flavors are... unfortunately mediocre. Fun donuts for kids though! Read more
They were very busy. But donut were doughy and the strawberry shake tasted absolutely gross. I couldn't figure out if the shake... mix was spoiled or the strawberry mix was bad. Would've asked for a refund but we were already back on the highway heading home. Read more
This review is tough because we love Krispy Kreme. However, every time we come the staff is not friendly at all and the majority... of the time messes up our order. Last night, we came 10 minutes before closing and were told there are no doughnuts availableexcept assorted. There is a lot of room for improvement at this location. Supposed to be open until 10pm according to google and the drive through and inside were closed, all lights off and employee... mopping around 9:50pm. Such a shame that no one oversees the store actually keeping their advertised hours. Dunkin? it is! Read more
The best place for donuts, besides those in Hawaii. Enjoyed the various types of donuts and the quality they put in it. Don?t... like it when they say jelly filled and only a quarter sized is filled. Krispy Kreme doesn?t do that. Thank you???????? Read more
The person working the counter tonight was extremely rude and condescending. Donuts were mislabeled and he seemed completely... annoyed that we did not know which donut was filled with what. Also the donuts were poorly made tonight. Not consistent in shapeand my donut had very little filling in it and I know it generally comes with more. He made other condescending comments aswell. When we paid, we said thank you and he did not say anything to us, just pushed the box across the counter. I won't begoing back to this one after this experience. Read more
