I love how the breakfast menu is up but you can't order until 5am. You know there's people that have to work before 5am and if... you aren't serving breakfast until 5 then why is the menu up? Makes no sense at all. Fix that please because at 4am Im notwanting to eat "Lunch". Read more
We just went to McDonald's in Brandon and the service was lousy, for a simple order of three M&M McFlurrys and one diet coke,... they total mixed up the order with the other McFlurry and a regular Coke. The replacement Coke was also a regular Coke. Theytook 15 minutes for the car in front of us and 15 minutes for us also. LOUSY SERVICE! Read more
The closed the lobby at 7pm (maybe earlier) but there is no way to know that when you do a mobile order. I got there and had to... wait in a massive drive thru line to get a simple order. Read more
Man, can't even get my breakfast order right. The biscuits I got (not what i ordered) were hard rocks. And waited in line 18... minutes to get the WRONG order. Strike 3 McDonalds! I'm out! Too many other places with better service times and my order isright!! Read more
I'll give 2 stars just because at least they are opened 24 hrs. Service on 8/14 at 3:22 a.m. ... Terrible! Please do better... McDonald's. You messed up a 20 dollar order. Didn't even speak when we got to the window to pay. No thank you screw you oranything. Had to pull back around to get a missing part of the order and the little girl was mad at us. Honey, you effed theorder up. Do you think we wanted to come back around and wait in line and deal with y'all's bad attitudes really???. They're a 24hr location.. I work night shift and come here for that reason. Every night they claim to be cash only which is... fine but seem frustrated when I order anyways with cash. Then give me the worst of the worst order everytime. My order issimple and basic and they still manage to mess it up everytime. I don't like writing bad reviews, but this is gettingridiculous. I ordered a 20 piece nugget w/ BBQ sauce. And a triple cheese burger only onions. Nuggets are cold, no sauce Andmy burger is a double smothered in Ketchup. This is annoying. Read more
This McDonald?s is probably the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been too, how do fast food employees want $15 an hr. Yet you pull up... to the window and all or most of the employees are on their phones, rude as heck, and can?t seem to get the orders correct.Maybe corporate should come do a check on this store.
