Have never been disappointed at this location. Our food has always been good and servers are delightful. My only recommendation... is to management when training your hostesses. When a wheelchair patron comes in 1. Do not take them to a booth unless you ask2. Do not then try to sit them at a table with the leaves folded under (a wheelchair will not fit). Always thought the best of Outback. We have been to this location 100 times. Unfortunately we found a metal staple in our... dessert dish one night that we got to go. Restaurant manager called me and immediately demanded validation and proof and assuredme it?s impossible. I honestly just wanted an apology. But since they insisted proof I sent a video and photo over. When Iprovided photo and video the manager never reached back out.they told me the managers name is Mike and he never reached us likethey said. I waited and no call back at all. I honestly expected more from Outback. Now only thing left do is tell the HealthDepartment. We are a frequent customer and use their awards program. Disappointed we had no follow up and now terrified to eathere after not addressing our concern. It?s 2022 why don?t you use stickers to seal your bags and receipts instead of 7-10staples? Terrible steak! Ordered the 18oz bone in Ribeye $28.99. Steak was not cooked to order and it had so much fat on it I would have... been better off ordering the 12oz ribeye and saved money. I?ve been to Outback numerous times only order ribeye. Usually getgood food and have a good experience. It seems like Outback may have changed their supplier along with the prices because thequality of my steak was what you would expect at Golden Coral and cost more then pre Covid. Our waitress asked how my steak wasand when I showed her the amount of fat and explained not to happy with it not being cooked to order, she just shrugged headshoulders and said, oh sorry to hear that and walked off. I really expected a manager to come over and inquire what was wrong,but that didn?t happen. Poor customer service in a very competitive market. Won?t be back here again, I rather eat a McDonald?sburger than pay $28 for an 18oz steak with 5oz?s of inedible. Today I had the honor of having my food delivered by Debra and it was absolutely amazing. She was courteous and friendly. We... both loved Disney and I was her birthday but her attitude about working on her special day was outstanding. She definitely is agreat representative for OUTBACK as a whole. First we requested to sit outside and the host said follow me. And sat us inside and stated this will be warm enough. Then the... server was not good at all. He never asked if we needed anything to drink after we finished our drinks and never offered to getmore bread. My niece ordered the same appetizer as me he asked you want more wings. She said yes and he walked off. I told her Iordered wings already which is why he was asking. So she apologized to him and requested ribs. He was so mad. He said I askedyou and walked away. I tip big but he wasn't getting it. He was rude not attentive at all. And the ppl behind me had a kid thatwas pulling my hair and kicking the seat. I choose not to order my meal and went to another restaurant for a meal. I will not bereturning for a long time. Bad service will turn me off quickly. They control your food. Im always very honest about my reviews.. so here is my review for outback: We went in to have a good meal after school today and... what we got was terrible food!!! First we ordered the blooming onion which was super greasy and just not good at all, even thesauce tasted bad. Then we got our plates my husband and i got the breaded chicken with mashed potatoes and salad but my saladwas old and tasted bad. I tried the chicken and it also tasted bad kinda like the blooming onion i think they were fried in thesame oil and just tasted bad. My husband tried his too and didnt like it either. I tried taking the bread coating off my chickenbut that didnt help with the taste. My son had the chicken tenders and said they tasted bad and refused to eat any of thechicken and only ate the fries. Overall a terrible experience and i would not return here ever. It feels like $70 right in thetrash. Our server saw we had so much food left over and asked if we wanted to go plates and we said No and she seemed shocked.Thats how bad the food was we didnt even want to take it home. My son just ate fries, my husband had like 4 bites, and i ate themost trying not to waste,but was so bad i just couldnt eat it. Will never return. We went out to eat somewhere else after. Read more
This outback experience was by far one of the best I've ever had ! From start to finish everyone who worked there was so... professional and polite. They even opened the door for us. We were sat down immediately, which was very nice. Our waitressgreeted us, and was ready to get the ball in motion, she was very sweet and helped us throughout the whole experience. Weordered the Mac and cheese bites for an appetizer, they were very good, especially with outbacks unbeatable ranch. I love theirbread, and practically scoop the butter out on the warm and delicious loaf. Me and my husband both ordered steaks, I got the 12oz ribeye, and he got the 8 oz sirloin with their new ribs on the side. I by far prefer the ribeye, bc the fat just melts inyour mouth like butter and it just adds so much flavor to it. The steaks both had a beautiful outer crust, but perfectly cookedon the inside. I got the creamed spinach as a side, it was good, but I normally don't really like spinach and I ate almost allof it. Along with my side salad which I covered in ranch lol. The server was so sweet, I can't say enough good things about her,unfortunately I'm not good with names so I can't remember.
