Ok, this is "Mall Pho". Let's get that straight from the start. You should not be expecting the same Pho as a Pho from a Pho... restaurant. Pho-get-about-it. However, Pholicious is not bad Pho'. It's actually pretty darn good for "Mall Pho". The broth hasa light, albeit a slightly salty, taste. Good portion of noodles and garnishes. Mall food has always had a certain culinaryappeal to some. I am guilty of loving the variations on Bourbon Chicken from the usual cast of characters in the foodcourts. But to find Pho in a Mall. That's just crazy. Crazy enough to have to have a bowl for sure. And...it's worth havingagain in the circumstance of wanting a quick bowl of Pho while mall shopping. Read more

The place is extremely dirty. I ordered the first before I got to their restroom, it is extremely nasty. Looks like have not... been cleaned for months. The tables are dirty. It just does not make me feel like eating here. However we paid for the food andsmoothie before checking how dirty it is. Food does taste good. If they clean up the place and start using the gloves whilemaking smoothies, it would be a much better place. Read more

Great place for Boba. My sons had his first and it was Pina Colada with boba. I had a delicious mango with strawberry popping... and Boba. Many combinations and pricing is no different than Boba shops outside the mall. Read more

I've been going here for years and really enjoy it! I was a little disappointed (More like majorly disappointed) when they... changed they're green tea boba smoothie to bitter matcha, but there were other good flavors to try. If there's anything bad I'dhave to say it's that I really miss the original green tea smoothie flavoring! I also don't understand the amount of hate thisplace gets online when it's super popular at the mall. I would really disregard the bad reviews and give it a shot! I've been to this establishment multiple times and every time I get shrimp pho and I ask them to separate everything for me... which they have NEVER had a problem doing for me. I've also had their coffee with boba inside. This mall has some of the mostpicky and entitled consumers I've ever seen. People complaining because they didn't get enough of a garnish ? Seriously ? I never leave reviews but I had to for this. I?ve recently become a Boba tea lover and have tried many locations in the Tampa... Bay Area. I stopped here the other day while in the mall and ordered a large Thai boba tea. The cashier was really nice andquick but my tea was horrible. Tasted nothing like Thai tea or even remotely of tea. Just tasted like really sweet milk. It wasgross. Also, more then half the boba were hard/undercooked. Couldn?t even drink it because I kept having to spit the bobas outand just couldn?t get past the taste. Read more

*****This is in a mall. ***** Boba Thai Tea was way sweeter than any other I've had before. Tossed half if it. Pho was ok... but minimal sprouts and mint given. No jalapeño was given. Broth is salty. Chairs at the bar are a joke. I have lived inthe Philippines, Vegas, Oahu, and Dallas. I'm half Vietnamese and FL pho is odd tasting. This is the 3rd place in 2 weeks. Read more
