We always tip our drivers but one employee is never happy with how much we tip. Gives a condescending tone while delivering the... pizza we ordered and says to "have a safe night" as if he is threatening me. If you make normal hourly wage, do not expect tips.If the tips you are getting are not enough then find a better job. I'll come in to get the pizza next time that way I won't havesomeone making me feel guilty of something for just ordering food. Read more

So bad. The pizza was disgusting. Waste of money. Supposed to be pepperoni lovers, barely had pepperoni, barely had sauce. Was... so dry. Ate one slice and threw the rest away. I will never eat here again. So disappointing. Poor customer service too. Read more
Loved they offered this for valentines We ordered on actual valentines day Perfect size for 2ppl. 2 words. Terrible. Service. I came in and asked for a cheese pizza at 11:20pm the cashier responded ?We?re not accepting new... orders your pizza will not be done until just about time for us to close.? They close at 12am. The pizzas are advertised as15-20 mins to complete and that would still put us roughly around 11:40 .. 11:45pm if I?m being generous. My family loves pizza hut, but this one had given us nothing but problems! We've complained multiple times over issues with... orders being wrong, bad delivery drivers, and missing food. We ordered last Wednesday and this is how our two large stuff crustpizzas and our 16 wings came. Everything was also cold. We called and asked to speak to a manager, but we were transferred to acustomer service call center. We could either be credited for the items or wait another hour or so for more food. We ordered a thin crest pizza today. It was awesome.. I had gone to the store to encash my son?s school rewards and ordered this... thin crest. They delivered it within 15 mins. Excellent!!. I requested for my pizza to be delivered and I never received it. I called the store and I was told by the manager that my... delivery was changed to door dash. When I asked him how was he going to compensate me he said I can send you another one laterand don't charge you. Is this how pizza hut train their employees to correct mistakes? Read more
