Red Robin has yummy burgers and fries. They also offered chicken for those who don't like beef. Their best feature is unlimited... fries. We didn't take advantage, but it's nice to know that that's an option. The only downfall is it is pretty pricey for aburger joint. Read more

In a post-pandemic era, it is getting more difficult to hold establishments to the standards prior to 2020, but we have... to. The expectation is that a customer should be greeted with warmth and a friendly smile, seated promptly, and service tobegin within 1-2 minutes. Food should be delivered fresh and in proper portions. Those elements were profoundly missing fromthis visit. We arrived and waited about 5 minutes as a table of 2 and a table of 4 were seated. I was fine with that until asecond host appeared to seat us with absolutely zero warmth, smile, friendliness, or even a verbal greeting. We sat at a 2 topfor nearly 15 minutes watching as service workers lazily took orders from the previous 2 groups that arrived before us, and thenanother 2 groups that arrived after us. Our server finally seeing that we were getting ready to leave, did quickly come over toapologize and took our order. Initially, we asked for extra fries to be brought out ahead of the burger (it's a Red Robintradition for many, right?). What was brought to us, were 2 baskets with a very small amount of tepid stale, partiallyresuscitated potato clumps. Sad. Giving 2 stars even after all of this because the Royal Red burger I got was made andpresented perfectly. The only shining moment of the visit. The very tiny amount of fries with the entree did take away from ofthe shimmer. Overall, very disappointing and probably enough to warrant not returning as there are many other burger placesthat are still holding to higher standards of excellence for their customers. Read more

Me and my family just left there for niece birthday dinner! Although you can tell they were severally understaffed because it... was only like 2-3 waiters/waitresses, they did their damn job to best extent! The waitress we had a superb, she really rocked itand I liked how they all helped each other! You can tell the kitchen staff came out to assist because the restaurant was full!All the food we got was hot, our refills came quickly and they all made sure the customers were satisfied to the fullest extent!Great job y?all! Bartender was excellent. Courteous and prompt even though being very busy. These are the re-fried French fries (see pic) THIRD... attempt at "fresh" fries. If course they are hot .. they are doing with grease soaked in. -note: in pic I haven't eaten any,this was the presentation from kitchen. For too long Red Robin had slid down this hill of decay.
